This noise is often conducted through exhaust and piping systems. Anti vibration mounts that make an elastic suspension of the complete exhaust system is often the only solution to avoid the propagation of noise and vibration.

AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® has been manufacturing anti vibration mounts for the suspension of exhaust systems for specialized vessels manufactured on the north of Spain. These specialized boats are very sensible to vibration emissions. Tuna fishing boats are specifically concerned on this matter as the noise is one of the major causes for missing catch.

Thermal expansions and contractions are key aspects that have to be considered on suspended elements that are subjected to high thermal variations. That is the reason why these range of mounts are equipped with thermal isolation materials.
