New AFS anti vibration mount

The objective of the system is to avoid noise transmitted by the structure by installing elastic mounts that offer low natural frequencies.

INTRODUCTION

The specific design of the anti-vibration mount Akustik+Sylomer® Floor Spring AFS allows these anti-vibration mounts to offer excellent vibration isolation, obtaining natural frequencies of 4-5Hz.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

The mounts Akustik+Sylomer® Floor Spring AFS, thanks to the excellent properties of Sylomer® microcellular polyurethane combined with helical springs, achieve high insulation values under low and high disturbing frequencies.

These anti vibration mounts are manufactured with five different springs to accommodate different load and natural frequency requirements. In addition, they are available with high-quality rubber on both ends, or with a Sylomer® base to optimize isolation at high frequencies.

INSTALLATION

For the installation of this support we recommend type C profiles with dimensions 75/50/2 in galvanized steel. The 2mm thick profiles provide optimal rigidity to the structure. More information in the next link.
