At AMC Mecanocaucho®, we continue to expand our range of anti-vibration solutions to meet the specific needs of our customers. We are pleased to introduce the new Small V-Type Marine Mount, the latest addition to our V-Type Marine Mount family.

This mount has been specifically designed for small marine engines, offering an optimal combination of vibration isolation, resistance to harsh environments, and ease of installation in confined spaces.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

The AMC-Mecanocaucho® V-Type Marine Mount operates under compression-shear of the elastomer. It consists of two metallic components, allowing installation by means of a single top screw and two fixing holes for chassis attachment.

Its characteristic “V”-shaped design enables large deflections under low loads, which results in low natural frequencies, ideal for engines that operate predominantly at idle speed.

Each mount provides different stiffness values along the X, Y, and Z axes, enabling precise tuning of the suspended system’s natural modes to achieve optimal vibration isolation.
