Control of our raw material, rubber
We ensure the quality and maximum durability of the rubber we use.
At AMC Mecanocaucho, we understand the importance of high-quality raw materials. Our first step is to rigorously analyze the properties and characteristics of the rubber, as well as its resistance capacity, before moving on to the production phase. Only if it meets the required conditions do we proceed further.
Manufacturing Control
We constantly monitor stiffness and adhesion levels using the necessary technological resources.
During the production phase, the key lies in the adhesion between metal and rubber. We perform an adhesion test before vulcanizing the model.
Finished Product Control
Once the product is completed, AMC Mecanocaucho activates its review protocol before delivery. This ensures maximum precision in our anti-vibration solutions.
