TSR 40 X 40
Anti-vibration support 40×40 with internal thread, anti-slip plate and six models for different loads. Mechanical or support fixing.
The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® TSR type vibration isolators include a microcellular and resilient polyurethane compound for anti-vibration purposes called Sylomer®. This Sylomer® is oil resistant and with a temperature range of -30ºC/+70ºC.
The TSR mounts can be fixed mechanically thanks to the internal nut incorporated to the metallic part that is treated with an antioxidant coat. This coating complies to the RoHs regulations.
The above Chloroprene based rubber that is bonded to the metal acts as an anti-skid surface for those application where a mechanical fixation is not possible to be made. This layer provides an additional anticorrosive protection.
In order to match the application, 6 different densities are supplied for a wide range of loads.

Advantages
01
Easy installation
This mount requires no major modifications to the structure for installation.
02
Improved isolation
It offers improved isolation compared to conventional anti-vibration mounts of similar geometry.
03
Incorporates Sylomer® elastomer, highly effective for isolating both high and low frequencies
Sylomer® provides high isolation across a wide frequency range and is particularly effective at high frequencies, effectively eliminating the transmission of structure-borne noise.
