NF Adjustable Machine Vibration Isolators

Height-adjustable machine vibration isolators with an oil-resistant NBR rubber pad, designed for installation without floor anchoring.

The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® NF Adjustable Machine Vibration Isolators are designed to support and isolate light and heavy industrial machinery where floor anchoring is not required.

Their height-adjustment system allows the machine to be easily leveled while providing elastic decoupling between the equipment and the floor, helping reduce the transmission of vibration and structure-borne noise.

NF vibration isolators also incorporate a tilting system that allows them to accommodate uneven or slightly sloped floors, ensuring proper support of the machine.

The elastic element is manufactured from nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), providing good resistance to oils and making the isolators suitable for a wide range of industrial environments.

Operation and Assembly

Height is adjusted by means of a screw, once the machine has been assembled. The wide contact between the base of the machine guarantees good overall stability.

Lift the machine and insert the mount under it. Insert and turn the screw manually until it can be wound into the thread in the mount . Adjust the height of the machine by turning the screw. When the machine is level , lock the mounts using the checknuts.

High protection against weathering and chemical contamination

The bell housing protects the rubber from ozone and UV radiation, while also preventing contact with diesel, oils, or other chemicals that could damage it.
