AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® INTRODUCES THE AKUSTIK+SYLOMER PIPE VIBRATION ISOLATORS
The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® type Akustik+Sylomer Pipe vibration isolators are failsafe vibration isolators ideal for mobile or static applications. The Akustik+Sylomer Pipe are composed of Sylomer® a microcellular polyurethane specifically designed for vibration isolation that is resistant to oil or diesel.

The baseplate metal part is coated with an anti-corrosive treatment coating in order to withstand to arduous corrosive environments.
REDUCTION OF NOISE AND TONALITY.
High vibration frequencies (100 to 250Hz) generated by flow of liquid, generate a disturbant low frequency noise or creating an unconfortable tonality for human beings. This noise can be created by the hydrostatic transmission of industrial, construction, agricultural or offroad vehicles and can be felt on the cabin.

The assembly of these vibration isolators is very simple due to the easily removable Sylomer part and its single fastening hole. The uncovered distance by the housing determines the preload of the Akustik+Sylomer Pipe, allowing the bolt to be tightened until the housing is firmly in contact with the base.
AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® type Akustik Pipes are specially suitable for applications where rigid or flexible pipes must be isolated, both for static and dynamic applications.
Moreover, these mounts assure the stability of the suspended pipes by limiting the radial deflection that can be achieved in any direction. The materials in which these mounts are made protect the Akustik Pipes against aging and corrosion.
