NEW AKUSTIK FIT ANTI VIBRATION MOUNTS FOR VIBRATION ISOLATION OF TREADMILLS

It is very common that we find fitness clubs within homes or office premises with the aim of being close to their potential clients. However, even if the sound levels produced conform to the legal noise regulations, the noise generated in these gyms can be a great inconvenience to the surrounding neighbours. For maximum comfort and harmony it is necessary to go above and beyond to achieve good sound insulation.

Treadmills are usually placed on hard wheels or hard plastic feet, which usually lead to poor isolation level and could even end up causing structural damage to the floor.

To avoid these problems, AMC-MECANOCAUCHO has developed the new akustik fit product range.

NEW AKUSTIK GYM T4

The GYM T4 mounts are designed to be installed under the existing feet of the treadmills. This removes the direct path the vibration and shock excitation would follow when transmitting from the machine to the ground.

The GYM T4 mounts consist of a pad of Sylomer® on the base, providing the best possible isolation against the common excitations which are present from this type of machine.

The installation is very easy, they can be installed without removing the current feet of the machine, simply place the treadmill on to the mounts as shown.

They are produced in two different sizes allowing them to adapt to treadmills with different weights. They can also be combined on the same machine if there is a variation in the load distribution at each mounting point (usually, the front of the machine will have more weight than the back).

AKUSTIK FIT RANGE

With these new products, AMC-MECANOCAUCHO increases the product range focused on Gym isolation, along with the already existent MPR + Sylomer® washers for gymnasium machinery.

Along with the GYM T4, the TSR FIT is also available for such applications, these are primarily used when heavier machines must be isolated or a higher isolation level is needed. They consist of a central pad of Sylomer® which provides to the application a high isolation level against vibrations, the two side pads of Sylodamp® provide high isolation level against shocks.
