AMC MECANOCAUCHO ADDS NEW VIBRABSORBER® 1 AMC DB VIBRATION ISOLATORS TO ITS AMC RANGE

Springs mounts are necessary for a wide range of machinery, equipment which has reciprocating or rotating parts will in turn create vibration to some degree through the imbalance of the moving parts.

This vibration produced by a machine can lead to undesirable problems, such as a reduction in the machine’s useful life through part wear and also the transmission of vibration to other non-insulated adjacent structures. These problems of noise and vibration transmission can be solved by installing a carefully selected spring type mount.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

AMC-MECANOCAUCHO has expanded the range of the AMC Vibrabsobser vibration isolators, adding the new AMC DB 1 mounts in the 150-750kg range.

These mounts include a double Sylomer® base, allowing an alternative installation to the current 1 AMC mounts. Also, Sylomer®'s double base allows to isolate in a more efficient way the vibration of medium and high frequency that can be transmitted through the metallic parts of the mounts.
