INSTALLATION OF FZHM+SYLOMER® JACK UP MOUNTS AT THE WILTERN - LONDON

INFORMATION ON THE BUILDING

The Wiltern is a new and exciting residential build comprising of 278 homes. The Wiltern aims to establish a new community, renting high quality, purpose-designed and well managed homes, with facilities of exceptional quality, stitched into the fabric of the surrounding neighbourhood. The residents will live in an attractive environment, with indoor communal space and landscaped communal gardens for residents and visitors to meet and relax.

AMC Mecanocaucho has been selected to assist with the design of two floating concrete slabs with FZHM+Sylomer® Jack up mounts. The flooring of two gym spaces have been isolated from apartments and a lounge area located directly underneath on the lower floor.

The layout of the Gym and Studio areas to be isolated are shown in the drawing below.

The technical team of AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® have selected and supplied the floating slab supports according to the specifications of the Acoustic consultant. AMC MECANOCAUCHO® follows up acoustic projects from the early concept stages right up to installation and sign off.

AMC-MECANOCAUCHO assist with detailed drawings and step by step instructions to ensure the installation process for the FZHM+Sylomer® Jack up mounts is clear and simple for installers.

AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® has visited the site during different stages of the installation to ensure that the teams have been guided and the correct procedures have been followed.

The final process of lifting the concrete slabs has been performed by AMC.
