NEW AKUSTIK+SYLOMER® CLT WALL
Wooden constructions are increasingly popular due to their ecological and aesthetic advantages. However, their light materials make them prone to acoustic transmission. One of the most critical issues is lateral acoustic transmission through structural joints. To solve this, AMC-MECANOCAUCHO presents its new Akustik CLT Wall support, designed specifically for acoustic decoupling of timber wall joints.

Acoustic performance for CLT walls
The built-in Sylomer® elastomer eliminates rigid contact between structural elements, significantly reducing lateral acoustic transmission and enhancing overall comfort. Its pre-compressed geometry ensures optimal resistance in compression, tension, and shear, providing stability in all horizontal directions.
The metal parts are interlocked for extra mechanical strength, making the mount safe and functional even under strong tensile forces. It acts like a tie rod, ensuring structural integrity in timber buildings.

Compact, adaptable and available in two sizes
The mount is available in two sizes: small (for walls under 3m) and large (for taller structures). Its compact size fits tight spaces, and the built-in holes accommodate various screw types to ease the installation process.
This bracket can connect CLT walls to floors, ensuring positioning and high acoustic decoupling with simple installation.

Agile installation explained step by step in video
The mount is fixed using only wood screws. Spaced around 600 mm apart, it is screwed first to the floor, then to the wall—fast and easy.
