Air Handling Units (AHUs) operate continuously and generate dynamic forces that can be transmitted to the supporting structure if not properly isolated. This structure-borne vibration can propagate throughout the building, creating secondary airborne noise, reducing occupant comfort and affecting noise-sensitive environments such as offices, hotels, hospitals and residential buildings.
Properly selected anti-vibration mounts elastically decouple the AHU from the building structure, significantly reducing vibration transmission, improving acoustic performance and protecting both the equipment and the installation throughout their service life.

1. Spring isolators (FZH + Spring + Sylomer®): High-performance spring isolators with a Sylomer® element designed to support the AHU while providing excellent low-frequency vibration isolation and reducing structure-borne noise transmission.
2. Rubber-to-metal anti-vibration mounts:Rubber-metal mounts installed beneath the AHU to isolate vibration at medium and high frequencies, protecting the supporting structure and improving the acoustic performance of the installation.
