Structure-borne noise isolation for lift shaft walls
Vibration control for lift shaft walls
Lift shaft wall isolation minimises the transmission of structure-borne noise and vibrations generated during lift operation. Resilient isolation elements installed at the interfaces between the lift shaft wall and the building structure elastically decouple the wall, significantly reducing vibration transmission and improving acoustic comfort in adjacent occupied spaces.

Solutions
Insulation for the wall:
Concrete structure: Load-bearing element of the building on which noise and vibration transmission must be controlled.
Sylomer: Elastic material that decouples the system and reduces vibration transmission to the structure.
Lift: Lifting system that can generate vibrations and structural noise during its operation.
