Heat pumps generate dynamic loads during compressor and fan operation that can be transmitted to the supporting structure, producing structure-borne vibration and noise in adjacent occupied areas. This is particularly important for rooftop installations, façades, technical rooms, and residential or commercial buildings.
AMC Mecanocaucho vibration isolation solutions elastically decouple heat pumps from the building structure, reducing vibration transmission, improving acoustic comfort, protecting the installation, and extending the service life of both the equipment and the building.
Reducing vibration transmission to the building structure:
Installation of TSR anti-vibration mounts beneath the heat pump base to elastically decouple the equipment from the supporting structure. This solution significantly reduces the transmission of structure-borne vibration, improves acoustic comfort, protects the installation against dynamic loads, and enhances the long-term reliability of the equipment.
AMC-MECANOCAUCHO Medium Series mounts provide enhanced vibration isolation for heat pumps compared to traditional rubber feet.
