The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® Type C Stud Mounts are rubber-metal vibration isolators designed to provide a simple, compact and reliable flexible connection between equipment and its supporting structure.
They consist of a cylindrical elastomer body vulcanized between two parallel metal parts, each incorporating a female thread. This configuration allows bolted mounting from both sides and facilitates installation where external threaded studs are not required.
Depending on the mounting arrangement, these stud mounts can operate mainly in compression, shear or a combination of both, effectively reducing the transmission of vibration and structure-borne noise.
Available in a wide range of dimensions, rubber hardnesses and stiffnesses, Type C Stud Mounts are particularly suitable for engines, pumps, fans, compressors, electrical and electronic equipment, and light industrial machinery.
