D.P. A-4 Flexible Couplings

AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® D.P. A-4 Flexible Couplings are designed to transmit torque between two shafts while damping torsional vibrations, shocks, and torque fluctuations. Their robust design makes them particularly suitable for drivetrains subjected to high dynamic loads.

The D.P. A-4 configuration incorporates four vulcanized rubber blocks working primarily in shear between the metal components of the coupling. This design provides high torsional flexibility, accommodates permissible misalignment, and helps reduce dynamic loads transmitted to drivetrain components.

Thanks to their modular construction, the rubber blocks can be replaced individually, simplifying maintenance operations. D.P. A-4 couplings are particularly suitable for machinery subjected to load variations, frequent starts, reversals, or mechanical shocks.
