The FAR range consists of acoustic panels manufactured from Type F fire-resistant open-cell foam with a black non-woven polyester fiber facing. This combination provides excellent sound absorption at mid and high frequencies, together with a discreet appearance particularly suited to visible applications in technical or industrial environments.
The black non-woven polyester facing protects the foam against dust, dirt, and light contact while remaining acoustically transparent, allowing sound to reach the absorbent core. Its dark color also provides a neutral finish, making it particularly suitable for machinery interiors, acoustic enclosures, electrical cabinets, and technical rooms where a light or reflective surface is not desirable.
The use of fire-resistant foam makes FAR suitable for applications subject to fire-safety requirements, including electrical and industrial environments. Installation is straightforward and can be carried out using technical adhesive or mechanical fasteners, depending on the application surface.
