HVAC Pads
Cut-to-size vibration isolation pads for HVAC equipment.
AMC Mecanocaucho HVAC pads are a simple, cost-effective way to support rooftop units, condensers, air handlers and light mechanical equipment where high-performance noise and vibration isolation isn't required. They're available in two sizes, 11.02" x 11.02" x 0.39" (280 x 280 x 10 mm) and 14.96" x 14.96" x 0.47" (380 x 380 x 12 mm). They're made from 55 Shore elastomer and rated for loads up to 57 psi (4 kg/cm²).
Contractors can cut them to size on the job site and either set them directly under the equipment base or feet or bond them in place with adhesive. The pads reduce vibration transmitted to the building structure, protect the mounting surface and keep the unit stable.
