AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® elastomeric joints consist of a rubber element vulcanized between two concentric metal tubes, installed inside an outer housing and secured using a through shaft passing through the inner tube. This configuration provides an extremely robust and safe elastic connection, capable of absorbing vibration, shocks, and angular or torsional movements in dynamic applications. The design eliminates metal-to-metal contact between moving parts, ensuring quiet operation and maintenance-free performance even under continuous loading.
Concentric and eccentric versions are available. Concentric joints provide balanced behavior and high load capacity, while eccentric joints deliver increased flexibility and allow vibration isolation to be optimized where improved comfort and reduced vibration transmission are required.
