The Akustik Floor Spring Low – AFS LOW is a compact spring isolator designed for floating floors requiring high-performance acoustic and vibration isolation with a low construction height.
It combines a steel spring, particularly effective for low-frequency isolation, with a rubber element that contributes to improved isolation at higher frequencies and reduces the transmission of structure-borne sound.
The isolator can be installed directly beneath the floor or integrated into a supporting framework, providing considerable installation flexibility. Its compact design provides effective isolation while minimizing the overall floor assembly height.
The AFS LOW is particularly suitable for sports facilities, rehearsal rooms, mechanical rooms and acoustic floors, as well as applications subject to dynamic loads where available installation height is limited.
