The Akustik + Sylomer® range is designed for the decoupled fastening of acoustic wall linings, using Sylomer® as the elastic element. Sylomer® is a high-performance microcellular polyurethane developed for vibration and acoustic isolation. Compared to natural rubber, it provides improved dynamic behavior and higher attenuation at mid and high frequencies, where structure-borne noise is often more critical.
These mounts reduce vibration transfer between the supporting structure and the wall lining system, improving overall acoustic performance. They are available in multiple mounting formats (direct, side-mounted, channel systems, etc.), making them suitable for new construction and retrofit projects.
Akustik + Sylomer® wall mounts are recommended for demanding acoustic environments such as recording studios, technical rooms, residential buildings, auditoriums, and sound-isolated spaces, where effective structure-borne noise reduction is required in vertical wall structures.
