SV Anti-Vibration Machine Mount
Height-adjustable anti-vibration machine mount designed for simple installation without floor anchoring
The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® SV Anti-Vibration Machine Mounts are designed to support and isolate machinery and equipment where floor anchoring is not required.
Their height-adjustment system allows the machine to be easily levelled while providing elastic decoupling between the equipment and the floor, helping to reduce the transmission of vibration and structure-borne noise.
The base also provides good grip on the floor, allowing stable installation without mechanical fixing. This design simplifies equipment installation and makes repositioning easier when required.
SV mounts provide a simple and cost-effective solution for auxiliary machinery, industrial equipment and lightweight structures requiring levelling, stability and vibration isolation.
Height is adjusted by means of a screw, once the machine has been assembled. The wide contact between the base of the machine guarantees good overall stability.
Lift the machine and insert the mount under it. Insert and turn the screw manually until it can be wound into the thread in the mount . Adjust the height of the machine by turning the screw. When the machine is level , lock the mounts using the checknuts.
