Threaded Insert for Round Tube

Reinforced polyamide threaded insert for round tubing, designed for fitting levelling feet without welding.

The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® Threaded Inserts for Round Tubes provide a simple way of incorporating a threaded fixing point into round tubular profiles, particularly for the installation of levelling feet.

Manufactured from reinforced polyamide, they are designed to be press-fitted directly into the end of the tube, providing quick and simple installation without welding.

The metal threaded insert provides a robust connection for the levelling foot and facilitates adjustment or replacement when required.

This design provides a practical and cost-effective option for machine frames, conveyors, tubular structures and industrial equipment manufactured from round tubing.
