Resilient mounting with Sylomer® operating in compression, tension and shear. Suitable for the acoustic and vibration isolation of equipment and structural elements.
The TLG + Sylomer® AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® resilient mountings are designed to provide acoustic and vibration isolation of equipment and structural elements, reducing the transmission of vibration and structure-borne sound into the building structure.
Their design allows the Sylomer® to operate in compression, tension, and shear, providing a versatile solution for applications subjected to loads in different directions. Different Sylomer® grades are available to match the mount to the applied load and required vibration isolation performance.
TLG + Sylomer® mounts also incorporate a mechanical fail-safe restraint, limiting excessive movement and providing additional installation safety.
Thanks to their compact and robust design, they are particularly suitable for garage doors, mechanical equipment, steel structures, and other building applications requiring effective resilient isolation and good mechanical stability.
Technical characteristics
The anti-corrosive properties of the Aluminum allow this part to be used in outdoor applications.
The Sylomer® polyurethane compound is oil resistant and provide low natural frequencies to avoid noise being transmitted through rigid structures
The TLG+Sylomer® are installed with standard DIN 6316 clamping elements.
