The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® FZ + Sylomer® vibration isolators incorporate a Sylomer® elastic element specifically designed to reduce the transmission of vibration and structure-borne noise from machinery and equipment to the supporting structure.
Their design combines a rugged metal housing with a Sylomer® element that operates in both compression and tension. The inner metal component transfers loads to the elastic element, while the isolator geometry incorporates an integrated mechanical fail-safe feature to retain the equipment in the event of excessive movement.
The outer housing features four mounting points for stable and secure attachment to the equipment frame. This design makes FZ vibration isolators particularly suitable for equipment requiring both effective vibration isolation and a high level of mechanical safety.
Sylomer® also provides excellent oil resistance and good long-term mechanical properties. FZ vibration isolators can be used within a temperature range of -30 °C to +70 °C.
