DRD Vibration Isolators

High-deflection vibration isolators with a low natural frequency, designed to provide high vibration isolation for fans, pumps, and HVAC equipment.

The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® DRD vibration isolators feature a design similar to the DSD range, but with a greater elastomer height, providing increased deflection under load and lower natural frequencies.

This design significantly improves vibration isolation, particularly in applications where excitation frequencies are relatively low. Their elastic behavior in the axial and radial directions also helps effectively reduce vibration transmission in multiple directions.

DRD vibration isolators are particularly suitable for equipment requiring a high level of vibration isolation, including fans, pumps, air-handling units, and HVAC equipment, as well as a wide range of industrial machinery.

Technical characteristics

The DRD mounts by MECANOCAUCHO® have the following characteristics.

The metal parts are protected from corrosion by an electrolytic coating for outdoor work. RoHs compliant.
We engrave the rubber hardness on the metal parts.

Operation and Assembly

The design of the mount allows an easy installation. The top metal part has an inside thread for securing to the machine, the baseplate has 2/4 holes that allow an easy fixation to the frame. Oil anti-drip hoods can be supplied on demand.
