Industrial machinery such as generators, pumps, compressors, chillers, and other rotating equipment generates dynamic forces that can be transmitted to the supporting structure. Without proper vibration isolation, these vibrations can create structure-borne noise, reduce equipment reliability, and increase maintenance requirements.
AMC Mecanocaucho designs rubber-to-metal anti-vibration mounts that elastically decouple machinery from the structure, reducing vibration transmission, improving acoustic comfort, protecting the installation, and extending the service life of both the equipment and the building.
1. Machinery:Industrial equipment that generates dynamic forces and vibrations during operation.
2. Rubber-to-Metal Mount:Elastic anti-vibration mount that decouples the machinery from the supporting structure, reducing vibration transmission.
3. Building Structure:Supporting steel or concrete structure that must be protected from structure-borne vibration and noise.
