TF Washer
ZnNi-coated steel safety washer for TF vibration isolators, designed to provide mechanical retention and limit movement under high dynamic loads.
The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® TF Washer is specifically designed to complete the assembly of TF vibration isolators and provide secure mechanical retention of the equipment.
Combined with the elastomer elements of the TF isolator, it helps create a fail-safe configuration, limiting excessive movement under tensile and compressive loads in the event of shock, overload, or high dynamic loads.
Its geometry allows the isolator to retain the elastic deformation required for effective vibration isolation, while providing a mechanical safety stop when movement reaches the specified limits.
Manufactured from ZnNi-coated steel, it provides high corrosion resistance and excellent durability in mobile and industrial applications operating under demanding conditions.

Technical characteristics
The TF mounts should be assembled according to the following installation instructions. There are two possible configurations, see assembly 1 and assembly 2, for which the recommendations given in the following chart must be observed. They can be installed in plates of different thicknesses according to the Tmx and Tmin values given in the Table provided . The load vs deformation curves will vary according to the plate thickness in which the mount will be installed.
Washers should be used, if the rubber surface is not covered with the contact surface.
