AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® introduces Anti seismic mini vibration isolators
The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® type Anti seismic mini vibration isolators are ideal for seismic applications for load ranging 25Kg to 400Kg. Its specific design allows these vibration isolators provide excellent vibration isolation on applications in seismic zones.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Following our actual design for the rest of anti seismic vibration isolators, the external armor is equipped with elastomeric buffers to avoid a metal to metal contact when lateral collisions occur. The mounts also incorporate anti traction bolts that avoid the mount to be disassembled in case of traction loads when machines are being transported with the mounts incorporated.
The stiffness of the mounts is identic to our actual Vibrabsorber+Sylomer® medium series. They incorporate the internal Vibrabsorber internal doble inverted cone in order to prevent spring coil contact when overloading and add an additional damping to the system.
APPLICATIONS
The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® type Anti seismic mini vibration isolators are used on applications where disturbing frequency is low and high vibration isolation is required on seismic zones, for example HVAC equipment, generator sets, ventilation systems or pumps.
