AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® Sandwich vibration isolators consist of three metal plates connected by two elastomer layers, forming a compact and robust assembly suitable for both stationary and mobile applications.
This design provides high flexibility in the lateral direction while maintaining higher stiffness in the vertical direction. These different stiffness characteristics allow effective horizontal vibration isolation while providing good vertical stability and controlled deflection under load.
The range covers loads from 50 to 1,500 kg, making the isolators suitable for equipment with widely varying weights.
