The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® Cab Mounts are specifically designed to provide elastic suspension for cabs on mobile equipment subjected to vibration, shock and dynamic loads.
Their design decouples the cab from the chassis, reducing the transmission of vibration and structure-borne noise into the operator cab. This isolation directly contributes to improving operator comfort, particularly during prolonged machine operation.
The high-resilience elastomer, bonded to the metal components, provides effective vibration isolation, with stiffness adapted to the loads and operating conditions of the cab. The lower section incorporates an elastomeric lip working in tension, which limits excessive movement and provides mechanical retention of the cab.
Thanks to their compact and rugged design, these vibration isolators provide an excellent balance between vibration isolation, comfort, stability and safety. They are particularly suitable for tractors, construction equipment, off-highway vehicles, agricultural equipment and other mobile equipment.

This mount incorporates two annular shaped profiles in order to absorb dynamic loads or shocks. This feature is especially interesting for restricting the motion of the cabin under transient shocks.
The metal parts are corrosion protected to cope with arduous environments on land or marine applications RoHs compliant. The Cabin mount can be manufactured in various compounds and hardnesses for different Cabin weights.
