The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® CB Washer is specifically designed for use with CB Vibration Isolators, installed in pairs on either side of the chassis or structure to be isolated.
Manufactured from ZnNi-coated steel, it provides excellent corrosion resistance and contributes to the mechanical retention of the vibration isolator when subjected to high loads.
Together with the through-bolt and CB Vibration Isolators, the washer forms part of the multidirectional snubbing system, helping to limit excessive movement and maintain the fail-safe function under shocks, accelerations and high dynamic loads.
Its robust design makes it an essential component of the CB isolation system for mobile machinery, cabs, off-highway equipment and other applications subjected to demanding dynamic conditions.
