The Springtec Lateral Spring Hanger is designed for the resilient suspension of acoustic ceilings and mechanical equipment where side mounting to a wall or structural member is required.
It incorporates a high-strength steel spring designed to provide effective low-frequency vibration isolation for equipment operating above 450 rpm. The spring is guided between two elastomeric elements that also incorporate integral overload stops, preventing coil-to-coil contact under excessive compression.
Its lateral mounting configuration provides a practical solution where conventional overhead suspension is not possible or where installation space is limited.
