The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® SCBR vibration isolators are compact elastic elements designed to be installed directly into a hole in the frame, providing a simple, reliable, and cost-effective vibration isolation connection.
During tightening, the lower rubber lip deforms and expands, securing the isolator within the frame and creating a multidirectional elastic connection capable of absorbing vibration and shock.
The SCBR version incorporates metal reinforcement around the neck, protecting the elastomer against friction with the mounting hole. This design reduces the risk of premature elastomer fatigue and improves the durability of the isolator in applications subjected to vibration, shock, and repeated dynamic loads.
