The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® SCBR washer is specifically designed to complete the installation of SCBR vibration isolators and ensure an even distribution of clamping loads.
Its geometry provides proper support for the elastic element while allowing the rubber deformation required for effective vibration isolation. It also contributes to the mechanical retention of the assembly when the isolator is subjected to tensile loads, shocks, or high dynamic loads.
Manufactured from steel with corrosion-resistant protection, it provides excellent durability and is suitable for mobile machinery, industrial vehicles, cabs, and auxiliary equipment subjected to vibration and demanding operating conditions.
The washer is an integral part of the SCBR mounting system and must be used with the corresponding isolator and fastening dimensions.
