The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® SCH Vibration Isolators consist of two rubber elements which, once assembled, form an elastic connection between the equipment and the chassis. The lower element incorporates an internal metal sleeve that guides the mounting bolt and ensures accurate tightening of the assembly.
The isolator is installed directly into a hole in the chassis. During tightening, the two rubber elements are pre-compressed, allowing the isolator to perform effectively in multiple directions and withstand both compressive and tensile loads.
The level of pre-compression is determined by the chassis thickness “T”, providing controlled elastic behavior and limiting equipment movement under dynamic loads.
Thanks to their compact, simple and robust design, SCH Vibration Isolators are particularly suitable for cabs, enclosures, auxiliary equipment and mobile machinery requiring effective vibration isolation and direct integration into the chassis.
