The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® SCHR vibration isolators are specifically designed for applications subjected to high levels of vibration, shock, and dynamic loading.
Their design incorporates metal reinforcement around the neck of the isolator, strengthening this highly stressed area and improving resistance to repeated loads and large deflections. This construction combines flexibility, mechanical strength, and durability in a compact design.
The isolator installs directly into a hole in the chassis and, together with the upper rubber element, creates a multi-directional elastic connection that provides vibration isolation and shock absorption in multiple directions.
SCHR vibration isolators are particularly well suited for industrial vehicles, mobile equipment, operator cabs, equipment enclosures, and on-board equipment requiring rugged vibration isolation and high resistance to dynamic loads.
