The Akustik + Sylomer® Floor Mounts are designed to provide point-supported acoustic decoupling for floating floors constructed on a batten system. Their low height allows particularly shallow floor build-ups.
As with all products in the AMC Akustik range, correct loading is essential to achieve optimum structure-borne and impact sound isolation. The Floor Mounts are therefore available in different load ratings, from 25 to 100 kg per mount.
Under the appropriate load, natural frequencies of up to 12 Hz can be achieved, effectively reducing the transmission of structure-borne sound through the building structure and providing a high level of impact sound reduction.
According to measurements carried out by independent testing laboratories, Akustik + Sylomer® Floor Mounts can provide an improvement in impact sound insulation of up to 30 dB.
