The FZH + Sylomer® Jack-Up Mounts are designed for concrete floating slabs requiring high-performance isolation from vibration and structure-borne noise.
The mounts are integrated directly into the slab during casting. Once the concrete has cured, the system allows the slab to be raised and isolated from the building structure, creating a floating slab supported on resilient Sylomer® elements.
The system provides vibration isolation from 8 Hz without the use of steel springs. Its low-profile design allows floating slabs to be constructed with a thickness of only 8–10 cm, making it particularly suitable for projects where available height is limited.
FZH + Sylomer® provides a compact and economical solution for the vibration and acoustic isolation of concrete floating slabs, particularly in areas requiring a significant reduction in vibration and structure-borne noise.

The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO type FZH mounts incorporate a polyurethane elastomer called Sylomer®. This material offers optimal elastic and mechanical properties for the application.
The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO type FZH mounts can be manufactured in different densities of Sylomer to match the natural frequency needed on the application.
The process of leveling is simple and effective. The density of mount per m2 is1.12 and the distance between the mounts is 0,9m.
