The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® TF Washer is specifically designed to complete the assembly of TF vibration isolators and provide secure mechanical retention of the equipment.
Combined with the elastomer elements of the TF isolator, it helps create a fail-safe configuration, limiting excessive movement under tensile and compressive loads in the event of shock, overload, or high dynamic loads.
Its geometry allows the isolator to retain the elastic deformation required for effective vibration isolation, while providing a mechanical safety stop when movement reaches the specified limits.
Manufactured from ZnNi-coated steel, it provides high corrosion resistance and excellent durability in mobile and industrial applications operating under demanding conditions.
