The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® TFS vibration isolators consist of two symmetrically shaped molded elastomer elements, specifically designed for applications where installation space is limited.
Their design allows the rubber to operate in both tension and compression, with similar stiffness characteristics in both directions. This symmetry provides a balanced elastic response when the equipment is subjected to vibration, shock, or changes in load direction.
The two elements are combined with metal safety washers that limit excessive movement and provide mechanical retention of the assembly, creating a fail-safe configuration suitable for mobile applications and dynamic loads.
