The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® TFS washer is specifically designed to complete the installation of TFS vibration isolators and provide secure mechanical retention of the equipment.
Combined with the elastomer elements of the TFS vibration isolator, it creates a fail-safe configuration, limiting excessive movement in tension and compression under shocks, overloads, or high dynamic loads.
Its geometry allows the elastomer to deform as required for effective vibration isolation, while providing a mechanical safety stop when movement reaches the designed limits.
Manufactured from zinc-plated steel, the washer provides high corrosion resistance and excellent durability for mobile and industrial applications operating under demanding conditions.
