The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® Akustik Lateral + Sylomer® acoustic hangers are designed to withstand the load of 5 to 75Kg per acoustic . They are connected laterally or vertically to a wooden joist.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The Akustik Lateral + Sylomer® acoustic hangers are produced as standard in a defined density of Sylomer® to suit loads per point up to 75 Kg. The natural frequency on their optimal loading point is below 8 Hz. These technical properties provide a high level of noise and vibration isolation on wooden structures. Their metal parts are coated to withstand corrosive environments.
They are typically installed every linear meter. But this feature may be tuned in order to adapt to the load or natural frequency requirement of the application.

The video below shows the installation of these anti-vibration mounts using the side ceiling suspension. To install them vertically the process will be the same. It will only change the way these ceiling mounts are suspended.
