AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® INTRODUCES THE NEW BRB 45 ANTI VIBRATION MOUNTS
The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® type BRB 45 mounts are ideal for static or mobile applications for load ranging from 4 to 25 Kg. As the all the BRB anti vibration mounts, the BRB 45 contains a bell that protects the rubber against oil contamination and the interlocking metal part allows the BRB to resist to traction loads. This is particularly interesting for mobile applications where the vertical movement has to be controlled.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The design of this anti vibration mounts has been optimized using FEM in order to spread the tension of the compound homogeneously through out the section of the anti-vibration mount.
The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO type BRB 45 anti vibration mounts are manufactured in 3 standard rubber hardness to suit load ranges from 4 to 25 Kg. load applications.
The baseplate metal part is coated with Zinc Nickel coating in order to withstand to arduous corrosive environments.

The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® type BRB 45 anti vibration mounts are used on static or mobile applications where there is a limitation of space and a light weight of the suspended element. Due to this fact the anti vibration mounts must capable controlling the vertical movement. Typical applications that match this requirement arefor example industrial vehicle cabins and engines, mobile HVAC equipment, generator sets, ventilation systems or pumps.
