NEW AKUSTIK + SYLOMER® CHANNEL CLIP. DESIGNED TO SUIT THE STANDARD UK & IRELAND FURRING CHANNEL

The Akustik + Sylomer® Channel Clip has been specifically designed to directly interface with the standard ‘top hat’ metal furring channels which are widely available in the UK and Ireland.

Unlike other acoustic clips which require the use of a specific furring channel, the AMC Channel Clip is suited to the standard profile which is widely available at local merchants across the UK and Ireland. The ability to use a local supplier of the furring channel allows installers to save time and money.

The low profile design provides space saving for both acoustic walls and suspended ceiling installations.

Fixing the channel clip to the existing wall or ceiling is quick and easy thanks to a single central fastener.

The standard ‘top hat’ channel is simply pressed in to place and can be secured via 2x additional screws for extra security.

Noise and vibration are decoupled by the use of Sylomer®, a proven material that provides exceptional acoustic results and unrivalled long term durability when compared to traditional rubber or cork materials. The metal components provide an overload-proof and fail-safe design, factors which are particularly important where resistance to fire or shock is necessary.
