NEW AKUSTIK+SYLOMER FLOOR MOUNTS FOR SUSPENSION OF FLOATING FLOORS
These acoustic floor mounts are anti vibration mounts that have been designed for the installation of wooden floors with a batten system. Their easy installation and low space requirement allows exceptional vibration and noise isolation as part of a floating floor application.
The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® Akustik+ Sylomer® Floor Mounts are designed to withstand a load of 10 to 100Kg per acoustic mount. They are fixed directly to the main concrete floor, as shown in the image below.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The Akustik+ Sylomer® Floor Mounts are manufactured in two special mixes and thickness of Sylomer® to adapt better to the load of each application. The natural frequency at their optimal loading point reaches values below 12 Hz. These technical properties provide a high level of noise and vibration isolation when used in wooden structures.

A great variety of fixing metal plates and elements facilitate installation and adapt better to each type of job. Their rugged metal parts can withstand high tensile stresses and are supplied with an anticorrosive treatment that can withstand the toughest environments.
These mounts are typically installed every 0.5 meters. But this feature may be tuned in order to adapt to the load or natural frequency requirement of the application.
On-site levelling can be performed to eliminate any variations in the structural floor surface, this mount also provides space to accommodate underfloor services.
The timber battens overlaid with chipboard or plywood provide a range of finished floor heights and can accept most floor coverings.
