AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® ADDS THE NEW VIBRABSORBER® ANTI SEISMIC 200KG SPRING-MOUNT TO THEIR ANTISEISMIC RANGE

They can be equipped with Sylomer bases as the rest of the ANTISEISMIC AMC-MECANOCAUCHO spring mounts . These springs are also included in the ANTISEISMIC VISCO SERIES, filling the gap of load range from 500 to 800kg.

The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® ANTISEISMIC 200 SPRING MOUNTS are ideal for stationary or low mobility applications where a high isolation degree is required at low disturbing frequencies (600 to 1000rpm). If a high damping ratio would be required, the AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® ANTISEISMIC VISCO SPRING MOUNTS would fit these requirement, thanks to its high damping properties.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

The design of these anti vibration mounts is composed of metal parts that keep the same dimensions as the current range of AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® Anti-Seismic Supports and Anti-Seismic Visco.

The elastic properties remain the same as the current range of our Vibrabsorber anti vibration mounts and the load range of these mounts is from 120 to 200 Kg per anti vibration mount.

These mounts can be equipped with a multiple spring setup as shown below, sets of 2,4,6,9 or 10 springs can be achieved.

These anti vibration mounts are epoxy and cataphoresis coated to cope to arduous corrosive environments.

APPLICATIONS

The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® ANTI SEISMIC 200 spring anti vibration mounts are used on stationary or low mobility applications where the disturbing frequency is low, for example generator sets, HVAC equipment, pumps or ventilators. If higher damping properties would be required, the AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® Antiseismic visco spring mounts would fit.
