AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® INTRODUCES THE NEW TFS 25 ANTI VIBRATION MOUNTS
The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® type TFS 25 are ideal for mobile applications for load ranging 0Kg to 50Kg. Its specific design allows these anti vibration mounts provide very stable suspended elements on mobile applications where the horizontal movement has to be controlled.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The design of this anti vibration mounts is composed of two anti vibration mounts symmetrically inverted. This feature allows a symmetric stiffness on traction or compression loads. These mounts can be supplied with rebound washers to limit movement in compression/traction. Like the rest of the AMC-MECANOCAUCHO TF anti vibration mounts the horizontal stability is assured thanks to the reduced section of rubber in the centre of the mount.
The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO TFS 25 anti vibration mounts are manufactured in 60 shore A as standard rubber hardness to suit load ranges from 0 to 50Kg load applications. For higher or lower loads these anti vibration mounts can be supplied in 45 or 70 shore A
The metal parts are coated with Zinc Nickel coating in order to withstand to arduous corrosive environments.

APPLICATIONS
The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® TFS 25 anti vibration mounts are used on mobile applications where disturbing frequency is above 1000 rpm and high stability is required, for example industrial vehicle electric cabinets and small electric engines, mobile HVAC equipment, generator electrical cabinets sets, pumps or ventilators.
