AMC MECANOCAUCHO develops a new eccentric bushing with fixation flange and an end stroke buffer
AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® develops a new eccentric bushing with fixation flange and a multi directional end stroke buffer.
This new antivibration mount allows a much easier installation than traditional bushings avoiding precision holes with tight tolerances. This antivibration mount is particularly interesting for the isolation of those suspended elements that require a lower stiffness than a traditional bush.
The end stroke buffer allows a very stable suspended element when the mount is crossing an event where high dynamic loads are exerced.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® Eccentric bush with end stroke antivibration mountings, have been designed using FEA in order to spread homogenously the tension throughout the bonding areas of the antivibration mount.
The inner diameter allows the installation of suspended elements that require to be tilted, such as cabins.
The design of this mount allows an axial buffering system, when the mount is equipped with two side to side washers, like shown on the below image.

The mount is coated in Zinc Nickel coating on the metal parts to resist at extreme corrosive environments. The inner nucleum is in Aluminum which also contributes to a high corrosive resistance.
APPLICATIONS
This spring mount is suitable for those applications that require lower stiffness than traditional bushings. The buffers make this mount to be ideal for those applications that are subjected to great shocks.
- Engine and transmission isolation of mobile vehicles or machines.
- Cabs on industrial vehicles. The Tilting feature allows this mount to be particularly interesting for those cabs that need to be inclined for servicing purposes.
- Suspended elements on mobile applications where high dynamic loads are present.
