NEW EP-500+SYLOMER® SUPER ACOUSTIC HANGERS FOR SUSPENSION OF WALLS

The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® EP-500+Sylomer® acoustic hangers are designed withstand the load of a suspended wall. They are installed in combination with EP+Sylomer® wall ties that provide an elastic link to stabilize the wall.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

The EP-500+Sylomer® acoustic hangers are produced as standard in a defined density of Sylomer® to suit loads per point up to 55 Kg. The natural frequency on their optimal loading point ranges around 15 Hz. These technical properties provide a high level of noise and vibration isolation on wooden or concrete structures. Their metal parts are coated to withstand corrosive environments.

They are typically installed every linear meter. But this feature may be tuned in order to adapt to the load or natural frequency requirement of the application.

For specific applications, different densities of Sylomer or thickness may be used to match the load per mount or Natural frequency requested by the acoustic engineer.
